Today, NSCoE organised an important awareness session on Women’s Safety at the Workplace, facilitated by Ms. Mariam Zaidi. The session focused on creating a workplace where every woman feels safe, respected, heard and supported. Through meaningful discussion, the team explored workplace boundaries, recognising inappropriate behaviour and harassment, confidentiality, reporting mechanisms, and the importance of speaking up and supporting colleagues. The session reinforced a simple but important message: respect is not optional, it is our collective responsibility. A sincere thanks to Ms. Mariam Zaidi for facilitating this important conversation and empowering our team with greater awareness and confidence. A safe workplace enables everyone to learn, contribute and grow.
